How to destroy Negative Thoughts....!!!!!!

These all may help you, (i hope so) but still, it depends on you, because your choice is on your hands.  not on my hands. who will you be, it's up to you.

I am sure that most of us are pessimistic. I mean that attitude is one of our parts and very common in our life. When our plan does not run well in line with what we think, we get some kind of tendency to be desperate and cannot see the goodness.

Negative thinking obviously cannot bring you to anywhere, but in fact you will be stuck and your situation is deteriorating as the time goes. The effect will appear to your appearance, and of course, it is disturbing.

These maybe can help you:

1. Live now!

To think the past time or your future is a thing that makes us worried. We don’t know what will happen in future and we thereby endeavour to think hard of what will happen. But to be sure, we cannot change the past or even to foresee the future, so what we can change is now. It is the only thing that can be controlled.

2. Say the positive things by your own!

Say it that you are powerful, if you can. Say it continuously, anytime you want. Start your day by saying the positive things about yourself and your day. No matter how, you have to do it even you have problem to be deduced. Say it!

3. Believe the positive things!

If you think positively, the positive things will come and ease your difficulties. Conversely, if you think negatively, the bad things will come after you. This thing is a universal law, which means like the gravity law. It is not easy to change your mind with the positive ones but if you try to do it, of course it will change step by step.

4. Don’t be silent!

Find out what makes you be thinking negatively! Fix it, and keep going. If those things cannot be repaired, you have to stop sighing and regretting because these only waste your time and your energy. Accept them, find or learn what can be a lesson to you from them!

5. Face your fear!

Negative feeling comes from your fear, the more fear you are of your life, the more negative thoughts in yourself. If you are afraid of something, do something with it! Fear is a part of the life, but we have choice not to let them stop us.

6. Try something new!

Trying something new can also increase your confidence. By saying “YES” to the life, you open the opportunities to grow in yourself. Do not say “yes, but...” New experience, is small or big, makes the life more fun and useful.
